Susan McCarthy

Susan is a versatile statistical marketing sciences leader who combines strong analytical and communication skills. She generates meaningful insights to help clients, stakeholders, and colleagues develop better action plans. These include, but are not limited to, customer satisfaction analysis, branding, optimization modeling, automated reporting, increasing market share, brand differentiation, and improving the end product.

Susan has been working with Hardwick-Day since 2009. She has run her own business for 16 years and prior to this, she worked at Business Incentives and Custom Research, a Malcolm Baldrige company.

Susan earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in mathematics and business administration. She has continued her education at the University of Minnesota with Masters level statistics courses.
